–Elena Santogade, Director of Membership for Transportation Alternatives. Elena will talk about the organization’s mission to reclaim New York City’s streets from the automobile, and how they advocate for bicycling, walking and public transit as the best transportation alternatives.
–Gregg Zukowski, Founder & Managing Director of Revolution Rickshaws, along with Helen Newman, Business Development Manager, will join us to talk about their fossil fuel free eco-taxi and microdistribution business.
–Wendy E. Brawer, Founding Director of the Green Map System will talk about the worldwide growth of Green Maps and her work with Times Up! — NYC’s own grassroots environmental group that uses educational outreach and direct action to promote a more sustainable, less toxic city.
